ERP Process Owner (Sales, Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse)

About the role

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with leading consumer‑goods companies in the Philippines to recruit senior ERP leaders. The Enterprise Process Owner will be responsible for the full commercial, procurement and supply‑chain lifecycle within SAP S/4HANA, driving real‑time integration with Salesforce, distributor platforms and 3PL partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Quote‑to‑Cash process, covering pricing, order placement, invoicing and cash collection across general trade, modern trade and key‑account channels.
• Design and implement the Plan‑to‑Delivery model, managing inventory, warehouse operations, transportation and a complex 3PL ecosystem.
• Lead the Source‑to‑Pay function, defining procurement, receiving and payment processes for raw materials, packaging and indirect spend.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA modules with Salesforce and distributor management systems to eliminate revenue leakage and improve order‑to‑cash speed.
• Ensure real‑time inventory visibility, on‑time delivery, and compliance with operational SLAs across a multi‑island distribution network.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Process Lead or Enterprise Process Owner in at least three SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes covering SD/OTC, WM/EWM, TM or equivalent.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) and Transportation Management (TM).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine general trade, modern trade and multi‑island logistics challenges.
• Hands‑on experience integrating ERP with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and managing 3PL relationships.
