Equipment Maintenance Technician (Level 1)

About the role

We are looking for a Level 1 Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in the Philippines. The role focuses on keeping critical test and production equipment running smoothly to minimise downtime and support high‑volume semiconductor production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance on automated test handlers used for Wafer Level Dicing Saw, AOI, Mount, and Tape‑and‑Reel equipment.
• Analyse equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing support groups on equipment improvement projects.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
