Equipment Maintenance Technician 1

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring a Technician 1 for equipment maintenance. The role covers automated test handlers used in Final Test, Wafer Sort and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes, including their sub-assemblies and related parts.

Key responsibilities

• Setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers and their components.
• First-level verification of yield and QA failures in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot setups and perform basic tester debugging.
• Document work through the OPCenter MES.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering, submit performance reports and take part in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.

Required profile

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related vocational course.
• Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of work experience in electronics or the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to explain major equipment subsystems and perform simple setups and conversions.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and ability to read schematic diagrams.
• Familiarity with test equipment setup and operation.
