About the role
SnappyCX is hiring motivated entry‑level Sales Callers to join a fully remote team. You will make outbound calls, build relationships with potential customers, and help grow the client’s toner and copy‑paper business.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls using RingCentral.
- Engage prospects, identify needs, and present appropriate solutions.
- Record interactions and sales activities in Hubstaff.
- Collaborate with teammates via Zoom throughout the workday.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Friendly, engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and comfortable working remotely.
- Available to work 7 am–5 pm Pacific Time, Monday‑Friday, with a one‑hour break.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer with camera and microphone.
