About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson as an Accounting Analyst and support the finance team in Taguig. This entry‑level position works under close supervision to help implement accounting projects, ensure compliance with GAAP, and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of accounting projects, programs, and processes aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Perform simple trend analysis to support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audit activities and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
- Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal governance policies.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate; no prior experience required.
- Willingness to work under close supervision and learn on the job.
- Overtime eligible.
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts and commitment to ethical standards.
