Entity Accountant (CPA)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Entity Accountant (CPA) to lead end‑to‑end accounting, financial close, and reporting for assigned legal entities. You will work closely with our Shared Services team and Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, month‑end close, and statutory reporting for assigned entities.
• Review, validate, and monitor intercompany recharge transactions, ensuring compliance with transfer‑pricing and internal policies.
• Post accruals and billings in SERN, verify source data, and maintain financial integrity.
• Maintain auditable reconciliations on the balance sheet and certify them in Blackline.
• Coordinate statutory field audits and achieve unqualified opinions.
• Collaborate with tax experts to ensure local and international tax compliance, filings, and payments.
• Support implementation of best practices for consolidation, internal controls, and system improvements.
• Work cross‑functionally with expert teams to drive policy, process, and technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional license in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, statutory accounting, and tax regulations.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid basis at EPZA Rosario, Cavite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Experience using Blackline for account reconciliation.
