Enterprise Sales Lead

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Lead is a full‑time remote position focused on driving revenue growth for ZQR’s secure digital document exchange platform. The role involves acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify enterprise‑level leads and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms with key decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging.
• Monitor sales metrics, forecast pipeline, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience from initial contact through post‑sale handoff.

Required profile

• Proven lead generation and prospecting abilities targeting enterprise opportunities.
• Solid sales and sales‑management experience with complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Expertise in sales operations, including CRM usage, pipeline management, and data‑driven forecasting.
• Demonstrated account‑management skills focused on retention and growth.
• Experience selling SaaS or digital platforms in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
