Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving the organization’s enterprise architecture framework and roadmap. This role ensures that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives and that technology solutions deliver operational efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business drivers, capabilities and end‑to‑end processes to design system solutions that support targeted outcomes.
• Lead integration projects, define integration strategies and manage the incorporation of new applications into the existing landscape.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Integration Architecture blueprint, including principles, standards and reference models.
• Evaluate ICT solutions for seamless integration, identify technical debt and recommend remediation.
• Provide architectural deliverables (reference models, design patterns, API specifications) to support the Architecture Review Board.
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams and business stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions deliver measurable business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and large‑scale integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, technology trends and their impact on architecture.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
