English Tutor/Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, people‑oriented English Tutor/Trainer to elevate our team’s language skills. You will deliver online group and one‑on‑one sessions, create weekly lesson plans, and monitor progress through reports and assessments while aligning training with HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group English language training sessions for employees.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
• Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, accent clarity, and introduce relevant tech and CRO terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
• Track learner progress, provide assessments, adapt teaching methods, and share weekly progress reports.
• Prepare, schedule, and reschedule lessons, ensuring reliable delivery and collaboration with HR and department heads.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, work autonomously, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor, preferably with learners in Eastern Europe or Asia.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2 level).
• Independent, accountable, and consistently professional.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn beyond English teaching.

Required skills

• HTML (basic web development terminology).
