English Trainer – Language Skills & Accent Neutralization

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Trainer to deliver language‑skills support, accent neutralization, and communication training for new hires and existing staff across multiple accounts. No prior call‑center experience is required, making this an ideal entry‑level opportunity for passionate language professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct language‑skills support training, accent neutralization, and other communication‑focused programs during new‑hire onboarding.
• Design, enhance, and facilitate additional training aligned with our internal University curriculum, emphasizing leadership development and communication tools.
• Evaluate employee language proficiency, provide targeted coaching, and create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Organize structured language‑support sessions to boost English fluency and communication effectiveness.
• Participate in voice assessments during recruitment and give feedback on candidates’ communication abilities.
• Collaborate with Operations Management to ensure consistent English usage across the call floor.
• Support and manage Language Incentive Programs, aligning them with performance goals and language standards.

Required profile

• College‑level education or Senior High School graduate (SHS graduates welcome).
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience as an ESL/English teacher, virtual assistant, or in academia is an advantage.
• Call‑center/BPO experience is not required.
• Computer‑literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent presentation, instructional, and research abilities.
