Engineering Opportunities for Fresh Graduates

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated engineering graduates to join our dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will participate in a structured training program that provides hands‑on experience across engineering operations, process improvement, project management and technical problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day engineering operations within the plant.
• Support process improvement initiatives and data‑driven analysis.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling and execution.
• Apply technical problem‑solving techniques to resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Applied Physics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic record (Dean’s List, honors, etc. preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast‑paced, onsite environment in Biñan, Laguna.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
