Engineering Excellence Supervisor

About the role

Rebisco is seeking an Engineering Excellence Supervisor to lead the design, specification, operation, and maintenance of key production and utility systems. The role focuses on ensuring engineering standards are met across facilities while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Propose design, specifications, operations, and maintenance for assigned scopes such as facilities, utilities, material handling, thermal and mechanical processing, packaging, and automation systems.
• Report site compliance with engineering standards and processes.
• Draft manuals for machine design and cascade approved engineering standards across all sites.
• Prepare initial standardization of machine setup.
• Conduct research on emerging machine technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of a specific engineering discipline related to the assigned scope (mechanical, electrical, civil, wastewater).
• Familiarity with engineering principles, methodologies and production machines used in the food industry.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems such as SAP and HRMS.
• Willingness to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches, Philippines.
