Employer Brand & Digital Communications Manager

About the role

Lead Salmon's digital employer brand engine to attract and convert the specific talent needed for engineering, data, and product teams across local and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Transform Salmon's EVP into targeted campaigns on LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and other talent‑focused channels.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end digital funnels: audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting and conversion.
• Develop employee digital advocacy programs and collaborate with recruiting to improve candidate quality and funnel performance.
• Own the employer brand strategy across priority markets, handling organic and paid LinkedIn, platform‑native presence, and online reputation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in employer brand, talent/recruitment marketing, digital or growth marketing, or audience development.
• Proven ability to build and optimise digital funnels that tie activity to hiring outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with user‑generated content, employee advocacy and no‑code/ CMS tools.
• AI‑native mindset, using AI tools and automation for research, content creation and analytics.
• Owner‑builder attitude, capable of taking initiatives from 0 to 1 and iterating quickly.
