Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

The Employee Relations Specialist will work on‑site in Davao, supporting a growing outsourcing firm by managing day‑to‑day employee relations activities. This full‑time position focuses on fostering a positive, compliant workplace and assisting leaders with performance and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle workplace concerns, conduct investigations, and document cases.
• Provide guidance to staff and managers on HR policies, labor regulations, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support performance‑management conversations.
• Coordinate with managers on improvement plans, goal setting, and feedback.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain case files, and ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR programs and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong background in employee relations and engagement.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and Philippine labor and employment law.
• Experience in performance management and coaching leaders.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and ability to manage multiple cases.

• Proficiency with HRIS tools.
