Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to design, configure, test, and launch automated email campaigns that support business and product initiatives. The role requires 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with email automation platforms and a strong eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Create and configure automated email campaigns based on business requirements.
• Develop email workflows using Bloomreach or comparable marketing automation tools.
• Review and adapt existing campaign assets for new product launches.
• Test and validate automated emails before deployment.
• Design new email scenarios and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and issues clearly to internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns meet product and business goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create, configure, and test automated email campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Based in or around Manila to meet onsite work requirements.
