Email Marketing Specialist – Campaign Deployment

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Business Services team to design, build and launch email, SMS and push‑notification campaigns for global brands. You will work with campaign management tools to ensure high‑quality delivery and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy email, SMS and push notification campaigns using Nestlé’s campaign management tools.
• Integrate HTML, images, videos and dynamic personalization into e‑mail templates and ensure proper rendering across devices.
• Manage subscriber data, perform segmentation and target audience definition using SQL queries and database tools.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing, troubleshoot display issues and monitor campaign performance metrics (delivery, bounce, open, click‑through rates).
• Prepare performance reports and maintain operational documentation for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with an email marketing platform such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Oracle Eloqua.
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS applied to email development.
• Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript/AMPscript and photo‑editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
