Email Graphic Designer

About the role

We are a global ecommerce retention marketing agency looking for a skilled email designer to join our creative team and design for up to 15 six‑to‑eight‑figure ecommerce accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑brand, conversion‑focused email designs that grab and hold attention.
• Build responsive layouts with device breakpoints and workarounds for email‑client limitations.
• Build approved designs directly inside Klaviyo.
• Work closely with copywriters and strategists to align email copy and strategy.
• Communicate proactively on requirements, timelines, and status.
• Keep a clean library of campaigns and assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of agency or in‑house email design experience.
• Portfolio of ecommerce email work with case studies and examples.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Ability to build email designs inside Klaviyo.
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Nice to have: experience with Spellbound, Justuno, Postscript, Amped, OptiMonk.
