About the role
Join Aviton Enterprises as an Ecommerce Chat Customer Support representative, helping Filipino households access trusted medical devices through our online platform. You will interact with customers via live chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on the ecommerce chat platform.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability for medical devices.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and post‑purchase issues.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Required profile
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to help.
