eB2B Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

The eB2B Digital Marketing Lead will drive retailer conversion, retention, and engagement through digital marketing programs within Coca‑Cola’s retailer ordering mobile app, Aling Cora. You will own in‑app campaigns, CRM communications, and churn reduction initiatives to grow active users and improve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise hyper‑personalised, segmented campaigns to increase retailer conversion, reactivation and sales growth.
• Develop and implement churn‑prevention, reactivation and retailer habituation programmes to boost active users and retention.
• Leverage CRM, marketing automation, analytics and reporting tools to personalise communications and monitor performance.
• Analyse customer behaviour, campaign results and platform usage to uncover growth opportunities and actionable insights.
• Own performance reporting, dashboards and business reviews related to conversion, engagement and ROI.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Product teams and external partners to improve customer journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Growth or Performance Marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns and customer‑engagement programmes at scale.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
