E-Commerce Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative E‑Commerce Designer to join our growing digital communication group in Cebu. You will craft high‑impact visual assets for marketplace stores such as Shopee and Lazada, supporting fast‑paced campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign pages, product visuals and promotional banners for Shopee and Lazada, following marketplace standards.
• Create performance‑driven assets that boost click‑through rates and conversions during peak sales events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
• Produce high‑volume creatives under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and visual consistency.
• Adapt and localise assets across formats, markets and platforms using structured templates and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers in Hong Kong, international teams and clients to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or e‑commerce design, with a strong portfolio.
• Hands‑on experience designing for Shopee and/or Lazada (mandatory).
• Professional English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (PSD) and layered production workflows.
• Experience with Figma and After Effects (motion design) is a plus.
