E-Commerce Business Development Manager

About the role

As an E‑Commerce Business Development Manager you will lead the online sales operations for a product category, driving revenue growth through strategic promotions, channel optimisation and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all online sales activities, ensuring alignment with business units and maximising revenue.
• Work with forecasting teams using sell‑out run rates, back orders and inventory data to produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase average order value and conversion rates across platforms such as samsung.com.
• Consolidate monthly promotions, prepare briefs for performance marketing and coordinate implementation on e‑commerce platforms.
• Engage with business units and partners to improve channel engagement and guide promotion planning.
• Manage pre‑consensus forecasting and align sales targets with inventory levels.
• Coordinate product activations and communications with the SDS team to ensure timely and accurate launches.
• Collaborate with product managers, regional headquarters and online business development teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in e‑commerce account or sales management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Proven project‑management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
