Duty Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Duty Manager will lead daily hotel operations at Park Inn by Radisson Davao, ensuring smooth service delivery and memorable guest experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑office, housekeeping and food‑beverage teams during each shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies, brand standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
• Track daily performance metrics and prepare shift reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and problem‑solving skills.
• Organised with solid time‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, room maintenance and front‑office functions.
• Willingness to work on‑site, including weekends and holidays, in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior hospitality or hotel‑management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
