Drupal Web Developer (Drupal 8/9/10)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Drupal Web Developer to design, build and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 websites. The role combines site‑building, custom module development and front‑end engineering to deliver responsive, secure and high‑performing digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain Drupal sites, including content types, views, blocks, taxonomies and menus.
• Create custom Drupal modules using APIs, hooks, plugins and services.
• Implement responsive themes with Twig and front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Build accessible UI components with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, and integrate at least one modern JS framework (React, Angular, Vue or Svelte).
• Optimize database queries, manage migrations and automate content workflows in MySQL/MariaDB.
• Maintain version control with Git, set up CI/CD pipelines and work with Docker containers.
• Deploy sites on cloud platforms (Acquia, Pantheon, AWS) and configure caching layers like Varnish or Redis.
• Apply security best practices, manage user roles and conduct testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Drupal 8/9/10 site‑building and custom module development.
• Proficient in PHP (OOP) and comfortable using Composer.
• Solid front‑end skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Twig.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and state‑management libraries.
• Good understanding of relational databases, Git and DevOps workflows.
• Ability to work independently and within Agile/Scrum teams.
