Draftsperson/Architect – Residential & Mixed‑Use Projects

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Draftsperson/Architect to join a fast‑growing property development and construction team in New South Wales. The role involves creating accurate technical drawings, compelling visual presentations and high‑quality 3D renders for residential and mixed‑use projects from concept through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural drawings, construction documentation and technical plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and maintain BIM models to support design coordination and documentation accuracy.
• Produce high‑quality 3D renders and visualisations for marketing, client presentations and internal design review.
• Create "storybook" style presentation documents with Photoshop for marketing and sales collateral.
• Liaise with consultants, council authorities and internal teams to ensure compliance with DA/CDC requirements.
• Assist with design development, concept sketches and documentation revisions throughout project stages.
• Explore AI‑assisted design and rendering tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a draftsman or architectural design role, preferably within residential or property development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
