Draftsperson – Architectural Implementation Team

About the role

We are seeking a Draftsperson to join our Architectural Implementation Team. The role involves producing accurate technical drawings, maintaining project documentation, and supporting inspection‑based deliverables while collaborating closely with architects and project leads.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create as‑built drawings, mark‑ups, and documentation based on project requirements.
• Update drawing sets according to review comments and inspection findings.
• Organise and maintain project documentation and drawing records.
• Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and flag drawing discrepancies, missing information, or documentation issues.
• Support the preparation of technical deliverables and project reports.
• Contribute to improving drafting standards and documentation workflows.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret redlines, sketches, and technical mark‑ups.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, output‑driven environment.
