Document Controller – Project P

About the role

We are seeking a Document Controller for Project P to manage and maintain project documentation for large‑scale engineering works. The role involves ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date records of drawings, specifications, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Control and archive engineering drawings, technical specifications, RFIs, submittals, NCRs, MOMs and other project correspondence.
• Maintain structured digital and hard‑copy document repositories using DMS tools.
• Ensure proper document formatting and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to distribute and retrieve documents, and track document status.
• Interpret environmental regulations and permits related to documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of document control experience on large‑scale infrastructure or civil projects (e.g., dams, hydropower, tunneling).
• Proven experience with Document Management Systems such as Aconex, SharePoint or EDMS.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
