Division Manager (Travel with GDS Experience)

About the role

Casto Travel Philippines is seeking a Division Manager with strong GDS experience to lead its travel division. The role focuses on delivering efficient service through effective staffing oversight and continuous system improvements, ensuring client expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the travel division, managing staff schedules and performance.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with client teams to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive initiatives to meet targets.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in the travel or tourism sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
