Distributor Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Distributor Sales Specialist in the Sales Department of Suyen Corporation, you will be the primary link between the company’s corporate sales team and its third‑party distributor network. You will drive volume growth and expand market penetration for personal care, fragrance, cosmetics and other consumer‑goods brands across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support existing third‑party distributors, wholesalers and sub‑distributors to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to audit warehouses, monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock rotation and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new distributors or sub‑dealers to expand brand presence in untapped territories.
• Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans, volume targets and trade promotion programs in line with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to implement product launches, merchandising guidelines and localized consumer promotions.
• Negotiate distributor agreements, trading terms and volume discounts within approved pricing structures.
• Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data to forecast demand, identify trends and address performance gaps.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit limits and collection schedules to minimise bad debts.
• Gather field feedback on competitor activity and market dynamics to provide actionable insights to sales management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, channel sales or distributor management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or retail distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field sales operations.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, sales forecasting, pivot tables).
