About the role

The Dispatch & Customer Service Coordinator (NEMT) will manage non‑emergency medical transport dispatch, schedule trips, and serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers. This remote position works closely with a U.S.-based team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate NEMT dispatch and trip scheduling.
• Communicate daily with drivers regarding assignments and updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide timely information, and resolve issues.
• Support efficient daily operations by monitoring service performance.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, driver activity, and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in dispatch coordination or customer service, preferably within transportation or medical transport.
• Familiarity with non‑emergency medical transport processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
