Director, Technology Account Management (Real Time Payments, RTP)

About the role

As Director of Technology Account Management for Real‑Time Payments (RTP) at Mastercard, you will lead the delivery and execution of RTP products and services for operators and clients across the Philippines. You will act as the primary technical liaison, coordinating with operators, clients, and regional Mastercard functions to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from concept to delivery, scoping functional requirements with clients and operators.
• Provide technical guidance, develop solutions, and manage performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Offer post‑production support, including troubleshooting, log analysis, and migration testing.
• Serve as the main technical contact for clients, operators, and cross‑functional teams.
• Support production migrations, resolve settlement issues, and ensure timely reporting.
• Facilitate release management, conduct client training, and assist with regression testing.
• Collaborate with country leads, account managers, product leaders, and regional O&T to prioritize releases and maintenance.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Real‑Time Payments and technical integration processes.
• Proven experience providing technical support for Real‑Time Payments solutions.
• Experience integrating RTP across multiple platforms and services.
• Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and general payment systems.
