Director, Technical Support Operations

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a senior leader to own global operations execution for its Technical Support organization serving North America customers. The role will ensure stable, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery of technical support across its Philippines sites.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day Technical Support operations across multiple service channels (voice, digital, back‑office) in the Philippines.
• Deliver consistent performance against experience, cost, productivity, and compliance KPIs with zero surprises.
• Ensure operational readiness for product launches, process changes, and volume shifts, including staffing, training, tooling, and escalation pathways.
• Translate regional strategy and stakeholder requirements into durable operational outcomes.
• Partner closely with the Global Process Owner organization and other internal teams to scale and sustain operational models.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing large technical support or call‑center operations.
• Track record of delivering measurable KPI improvements and operational reliability.
• Strong ability to work with global stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
