Director of Revenue Management

About the role

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel’s revenue strategy. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability, occupancy, and market share across all segments of one of the Philippines’ premier luxury hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
• Leverage market intelligence, booking trends, and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and drive sustainable business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.
• Monitor and optimize channel performance and distribution platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills to translate data into business strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines (local candidate or Philippine passport holder).

Required skills
