About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams. This senior position will oversee night‑shift operations, ensuring service excellence for our clients in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

Strategically lead and manage healthcare BPO operations.
Drive operational performance and maintain service delivery excellence.
Develop, mentor, and retain high‑performing teams.
Align operational activities with client expectations and business objectives.
Ensure efficiency and quality in a night‑shift environment.

Required profile

Currently holding a Director‑level role.
2–3 years of experience in healthcare BPO.
Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
Availability to work night shifts and start as soon as possible.
