Director of Enabling Capabilities

About the role

The Director, Enabling Capabilities leads Global Services Strategy & Operations, shaping how data, digital, content, insights and process‑excellence capabilities are designed, governed and scaled. This senior role connects strategy to execution, accelerates transformation initiatives and enables data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Services enabling capabilities portfolio (data, digital, insights, content, process excellence) to deliver scalable, enterprise‑ready solutions.
• Lead data, digital and insights strategy, including intelligent automation, business systems enablement, Sourceview, reporting and performance management, delivering trusted KPIs and dashboards.
• Define and execute content management and knowledge enablement strategy, supporting self‑service and service excellence.
• Drive process design and continuous improvement, embedding CI methodologies to improve cost‑to‑serve, service quality and operational resilience.
• Act as a strategic connector between Strategy & Operations and service delivery teams, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.

• Experience driving large‑scale transformation and data‑driven decision‑making.
