About the role
We are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the business development team in designing and planning the hotel’s growth strategy, implementing the plan, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and maximizing opportunities across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the business development team in designing and planning the overall hotel growth strategy.
- Guide the team to implement the business development plan effectively.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with all corporate standards.
- Maximise business opportunities through various channels.
Required profile
- Preferably holds a business‑related education background.
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel.
- Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times.
- Excellent presenter and communicator.
- Thinker who can craft creative, best‑fit solutions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
