Director - Infrastructure & Network Services

About the role

The Director – Infrastructure & Network Services provides strategic leadership for all network, infrastructure, cloud, communications and data‑center services that support an integrated resort environment. Reporting to the CIO, the role ensures availability, resilience, security and scalability of technology platforms across gaming, hospitality and entertainment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the infrastructure and network technology roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
• Establish technology standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks for all infrastructure services.
• Lead enterprise network environments (campus, core, distribution, wireless, WAN) ensuring high availability, resilience and security.
• Modernize data‑centre operations, overseeing compute, storage, virtualization, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Govern cloud adoption and hybrid architecture, implementing security, compliance, cost‑optimization and performance metrics.
• Partner with cybersecurity leadership to embed security‑by‑design and manage infrastructure vulnerability remediation.
• Direct the Network Operations Centre, setting monitoring standards, incident‑management processes and service‑reliability targets.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance to optimize technology investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure and network operations within large, complex enterprises.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale infrastructure transformation, modernization and automation programs.
• Experience in regulated, high‑availability environments such as hospitality, gaming or integrated resorts is highly desirable.
