Director – Finance & Accounting Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head a fast‑growing Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) portfolio. The Director will act as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients across the United States, driving transformation, commercial growth, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors and other C‑suite leaders.
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities, support strategic conversations, and contribute to winning RFPs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Finance & Accounting operations, including AR, AP, General Ledger, reporting, billing, collections, cash applications, audit support and customer support.
• Lead a 200+ member offshore delivery organization, fostering accountability, innovation and high performance.
• Drive large‑scale transformations, migrations, process redesigns and automation initiatives to improve profitability and client experience.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing.
• Extensive experience managing US client accounts.
• At least 5 years leading large offshore delivery teams (200+ FTE).
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar portfolios and P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise‑wide Finance & Accounting operations.
