Director, Facilities Management EMEA/APAC

About the role

Johnson & Johnson, through its DePuy Synthes business, is seeking a senior leader to direct Facilities Management (FM) across the EMEA and APAC regions. The role will oversee the delivery of safe, efficient and compliant facilities services for a global orthopaedics organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional FM strategy, including Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Facilities Services (FS) across multiple countries.
• Manage end‑to‑end services from real estate and engineering to strategic project delivery and day‑to‑day facilities operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and the upcoming DePuy Synthes separation plan.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation and sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align facilities support with product and market objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global facilities management or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of EH&S standards and regulatory requirements in EMEA/APAC.
• Track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong change‑management capability, especially in complex corporate restructurings.
