Director / Deputy General Manager - Collections (B2B)

About the role

This senior leadership position oversees global Order-to-Cash operations for a large multinational account, focusing on B2B collections, dispute management and cash application. Based in Manila, the role works on US time zones and partners directly with senior client executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 300+ professionals across B2B collections, dispute management and cash application.
• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans to meet productivity and automation targets.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client leadership (President, CFO, VP) to align service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct causal analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 14+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex administration or finance operations within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams and deliver results against defined KPIs.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Order‑to‑Cash lifecycle, including B2B collections, dispute management and cash application.
• Experience with process‑modeling frameworks and service‑operations best practices.
