Digital Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

PwC’s Digital Transformation practice helps financial services firms navigate complex business challenges through strategy, technology, and change management. As a Digital Transformation Senior Manager you will partner with banking, asset management and insurance clients to drive growth, cost optimisation and digital change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key financial services clients, generate industry points of view and identify business development opportunities.
• Lead client engagements, collaborating with senior executives and PwC’s global network to design enhancements to processes, policies, technologies and organisational structures.
• Provide strategic advice on growth strategies, cost optimisation, digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
• Define target operating models, road‑maps and deliver transformation projects that improve insight, efficiency, effectiveness and control.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their project delivery and career development.
• Contribute thought‑leadership content and represent PwC at industry conferences and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
• 8‑11 years of relevant experience, including consulting or banking, with a proven record of leading projects and client engagements.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
