Digital Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Agent Image is looking for a Digital Strategist to help real‑estate professionals across North America improve their online presence. This remote, full‑time position blends client support, project management, and digital strategy to deliver high‑quality website solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships from onboarding through website launch.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for the development team and keep projects on scope, on time, and profitable.
• Advise clients on best practices for online visibility and digital marketing.
• Manage 25+ active accounts, oversee 10+ launches or design completions each month, and secure positive client reviews.
• Handle add‑on products such as logo and map designs, and conduct pre‑launch quality checks.
• Complete Advanced IDX training and maintain cross‑department communication.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer support experience serving US or North‑American clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral North‑American accent.
• Background in art and design (preferred) and strong project‑management abilities.
• Highly adaptable, detail‑oriented, and a genuine team player.
