Digital Strategist (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Digital Strategist at Truelogic, you will translate client ambitions into measurable digital outcomes. You will work closely with clients to define goals, craft actionable strategies, and ensure every initiative—from SEO to paid media—delivers performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Account Managers to understand business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, social media, and web development.
• Support Business Development during pitches, discovery meetings, and proposal presentations.
• Create strategic recommendations, scopes of work, and proposals for prospective clients.
• Work with SEO, PPC, content, and web development teams to execute strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and maximize ROI.
• Present strategies, deliverables, and success metrics to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Project‑management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Digital‑marketing certifications (Google Ads, SEO, Analytics) are a plus.
