Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid‑media performance across the Asia Pacific region. You will own the full digital funnel, from acquisition to conversion, ensuring campaigns are insight‑driven, accurately tracked, and continuously optimized for measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and display networks.
• Optimize bids, budgets, audiences and creative to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Own Google Tag Manager implementation and GA4 configuration, ensuring accurate event‑based tracking.
• Develop Looker Studio dashboards, analyse cross‑channel attribution and deliver actionable performance reports.
• Create and test landing pages, conduct CRO experiments and use behavioral insights to remove friction.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and technology teams to align goals, support SEO and CRM initiatives, and share innovative ideas.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital performance marketing.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (TikTok experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, GA4 and data‑visualisation tools such as Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Understanding of landing‑page optimisation, CRO and basic SEO principles.
