Digital & Multimedia Associate – Marketing

About the role

The Digital and Multimedia Associate will support the creation and execution of digitally driven marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, consumer engagement, and demand generation for The Laguna Creamery Inc. brands. This role works across the consumer journey, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain a consistent digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in partnership with category and marketing leads.
• Identify key digital KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
• Run digital campaigns across the funnel—from awareness to loyalty.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of social and digital platforms, including content posting, community management, and lead handling.
• Create and maintain an integrated content calendar aligned with campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Support e‑commerce promotions and retail‑focused demand‑generation activities.
• Ensure all digital and social media channels are up‑to‑date and well‑administered.
• Track digital trends, insights, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and current trends.
• Proficiency in content planning, social media management, and performance tracking.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Creative, adaptable, and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
