Digital Media Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role

TOA Global is looking for a data‑driven Digital Media Specialist to lead lead‑generation campaigns for corporate clients. Based in our Cebu facility, you will work closely with the Digital Account Executive and Manager to design, launch, and optimise paid media across search, display, and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns, handling full‑funnel execution from setup to tracking integration.
• Architect and scale paid social and programmatic advertising campaigns, managing budgets, audience segmentation and ROAS.
• Oversee cross‑channel performance using Google Ad Manager and proprietary tools, adjusting bids and keywords for efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual and copy assets that meet client briefs.
• Collect performance data from multiple tracking platforms and prepare comprehensive client reporting packs.
• Maintain precise project administration, including time tracking, billable hour logging and timeline management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in a digital agency managing paid media or lead‑generation campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications or a related field.
