Digital Media Specialist - Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a sharp Digital Media Specialist – Lead Generation to work directly with a leading Australian B2B tech company and digital agency. Embedded in their marketing operations, you will act as the operational engine behind high‑impact client campaigns, handling data, reporting, content support and project flow from brief to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and assist in executing campaign projects from the initial brief through final delivery, ensuring seamless hand‑off to the Digital Account Executive.
• Collate campaign data, perform performance analysis and produce structured reports that give clear visibility to the on‑shore team.
• Partner with on‑shore digital marketing and agency teams to create compelling visual and written content for client campaigns.
• Manage the administrative backbone of projects – log time, track billable hours and keep reporting accurate and on schedule.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign support or a digital agency role.
• A degree in Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Google Search Ads and/or Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus.
• Meta Digital Marketing Associate certification or equivalent paid‑social experience is welcome.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to enhance productivity.
• Process‑oriented, numerically minded with strong analytical thinking.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure.
