Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a full‑stack Digital Marketing Specialist who will own end‑to‑end acquisition and growth across paid, organic and social channels. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and focused on driving conversions and revenue for our fintech business in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
• Develop and execute SEO and content strategies, leveraging AI tools and CMS platforms.
• Manage social media activation to support acquisition and brand awareness.
• Monitor full‑funnel metrics, using attribution tools (Appsflyer) and Google Analytics to improve CAC, CPL/CPA and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to align growth initiatives.
• Continuously experiment, test and iterate to scale campaigns from 0 to 10 growth phases.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, SEO/content and social media.
• Hands‑on experience with 0→10 growth environments and end‑to‑end funnel optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data‑based decisions.
