Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, implement and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with the marketing team to engage target audiences and drive measurable results. This position requires strong analytical abilities and up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends, especially within the food & beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for all social media accounts according to the marketing calendar.
• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Manage social media ads and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee GNI’s presence on e‑commerce platforms such as Facebook, Lazada and Shopee, handling product listings, promotions and sales optimisation.
• Respond to online inquiries, process orders and coordinate with the Sales Director on pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with brand principals and influencers to ensure brand consistency and negotiate partnerships.
• Identify new growth opportunities in the digital space and recommend improvements.
• Produce visual concepts, designs for brochures, packaging and capture photos/video for events and products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
