Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The role will focus on driving high‑quality leads, improving conversion rates and delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor budgets, CPL, ROAS, leads, conversions and other performance metrics.
• Maintain HubSpot tracking, lead attribution and campaign data.
• Support the creation and optimisation of landing pages, forms and lead‑generation funnels.
• Track lead generation and conversion performance across paid search and paid social.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution and campaign issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in lead generation, conversion tracking and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Experience reporting on metrics such as CPL, ROAS, leads and conversions.
• Preferred experience with HubSpot.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of landing pages, lead funnels, paid search, paid social and email nurture campaigns.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for tracking or campaign issues.
• Ability to work independently, own campaigns and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
