Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Signature 4 is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Cebu office. You will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation for a custom manufacturing partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social, search and display platforms.
• Manage social media channels, schedule content, engage audiences and analyse platform metrics.
• Create and publish digital assets such as social graphics and simple landing pages.
• Coordinate online advertising spend and track performance with web analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong foundation in digital and online marketing with proven experience managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite in Cebu.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Social Media Marketing (content scheduling, audience engagement, platform analytics).
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• SEO and SEM best practices.
• Email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Basic design tools for creating social graphics and landing pages.
